The popular Shama Melody of “Motor Mixture”, Ababa Nna, Otimkpu Jesus(Now a gospel band director) and many other famous Owerri and Nigerian Bongo and gospel singers / band managers were the good products of The Shalom Melody Band and Recording Studios over the years.

The Director of The Shalom Melody Band and Recording Studios, Okpara Sixtus C. hails from Urualla in Ideato North L.G.A of Imo State. About 8 years ago, he sang a song “URUALLA AMAKA” for the community to commemorate their yam festival ceremony and until date, the memories of the song still lasts in the community. A popular Urualla peoples’ group on Facebook took after the song title “Urualla Amaka Group” (UAG).
He was also the artist behind the popular song “Anyanwu Ututu Aputala” and many more.
