FUTO second semester academic session resumption date

This is to inform all FUTO students of the real FUTO second semester academic session resumption date The Rain semester academic activities of the Federal  university of Technology, Owerri starts today; 9th July 2017.

Formerly there was a rumour that the FUTO second semester academic session resumption date was shifted to 17th of July due to the shifting of some first semester exams to the third and fourth of July but this rumour had no official back-up as no changes was made to the FUTO academic calendar to fix in the new date.

According to those who worshiped today at The Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Chaplaincy, STACC; the VC Prof. F.C Eze re-announced the FUTO second semester academic session resumption date  stating that students are to return to school today being Sunday the 9th of Feb 2017 while lectures are to start tomorrow, 10th of July.

10th July — Lectures Commences / Lectures Week 1

17th July — Lectures Week 2

24th July — Lectures Week 3

31st July — Lectures Week 5

7th August — Lectures Week 5

14th August — Lectures Week 6

21st August — Lectures Week 7

28th August — Lectures Week 8

31st August — Senate

4th September — Lectures Week 9

11th September — Lectures Week 10

18th September — Lectures Week 11

25th September — Lectures Week 12

28th September — Senate

2nd October — Revision

9th October — Rain Semester Examinations Begins

15th October — Rain Semester Examinations Continues

21st October — End of Rain Semester

26th October — Senate

23rd October to 26th November — Vacation

27th November — 2017/2018 Academic Session Begins
